SPECIAL COOKING CLASS TOUR
Your guide will meet you at 7:00 am at your hotel and you will be driven to Van Giang Village, about 15 km from Hanoi. Here you will meet your host and be taken to the local morning market to buy ingredients for the days cooking. Enjoy the bustling atmosphere of villagers daily life at village market where you will have an opportunity to learn how to choose the freshest ingredients in the village. After buying the goods, you will be taken to an Ancient House in the village, with a 200 year history. Here you will have a private cooking demonstration and you will be assisted in cooking your lunch. After enjoying what you have prepared you will take a bike tour around the village and into the surrounding countryside, returning to Hanoi by van in the late afternoon
